- Dilemas e desafios na formação de professores no contexto brasileiro e portuguêsPublication . Brandão, Maisa Gomes; Leite, Anna Laura Brandão AlbuquerqueEste artigo busca refletir sobre os dilemas e desafios da formação de professores no Brasil e em Portugal. Através de uma análise comparativa entre os dois países, são discutidas questões como a valorização da profissão, exigências curriculares e implementação de novas práticas pedagógicas. A metodologia utilizada foi a pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, com foco em textos acadêmicos e documentos oficiais que abordam a formação de professores nos contextos brasileiro e português. A seleção das fontes seguiu os critérios de relevância temática, priorizando autores com significativa contribuição teórica, como António Nóvoa e Edgar Morin e, ainda, foram analisadas diretrizes curriculares e políticas públicas de ambos os países. Conclui-se que tanto Brasil quanto Portugal enfrentam um descompasso entre as demandas contemporâneas e a formação inicial e continuada dos docentes, exigindo políticas públicas mais eficazes.
- From trust to skepticism: has influencer marketing reached its breaking point?Publication . Ago, Stela; Duarte, AlexandreInfluencer marketing has become a mix of traditional endorsements and digital communication, initially praised for its authenticity and trustworthiness. However, increasing commercialization, saturation, and more critical consumer awareness are testing its effectiveness. While influencers still provide a more natural advertising alternative, issues like perceived inauthenticity, brand control, and declining trust are growing concerns. Authenticity, transparency, and credibility remain the key elements of successful influencer marketing. However, transparency can have paradoxical effects—boosting authenticity but possibly decreasing engagement if content seems too promotional. The type of influencer also matters: micro-influencers often build stronger trust because of perceived accessibility, while macro-influencers risk credibility due to overexposure and commercialization.This study analyzes two case studies. The first explores the 2023 “Pandoro Gate” scandal involving Chiara Ferragni, fined for misleading claims about charitable donations tied to product sales. The second focuses on Matilda Djerf, whose curated online image clashed with allegations of a toxic work environment. Both cases underscore the fragility of perceived authenticity and its implications for consumer trust.Findings suggest that influencer marketing is not in decline but at a pivotal moment. For long-term effectiveness, brands must embrace authenticity, prioritize value alignment, and grant influencers creative autonomy. Meaningful, transparent, and audience-aligned strategies are essential to maintain trust and relevance in an increasingly discerning digital landscape.
- Memory literacy: television fiction as a space for shaping politically conscious citizensPublication . Lopes, Pedro; Cardoso, Gustavo; Rezola, Maria InáciaIn contemporary society, television has been replacing a certain bookish culture in the knowledge of the past, which makes it particularly relevant to understand the contribution of audiovisual fiction formats in the creation of social memory, with the aim of building a literacy of memory that allows us to recognize the mechanisms of collective identity construction and the sense of belonging to a particular community. Given the growing consumption of audiovisual fiction, we believe it is important to understand the role that historical and period fiction can play in the discursive revision of the past and the “truth of the past,” as well as its relationship with state power and the counterpowers that attempt to influence the construction of national memory.
- Assista-me jogar: uma reflexão sobre o impacto da pandemia da Covid-19 no consumo e produção de conteúdo em plataformas de live streamingPublication . Scafura, BrenoMotivado pela reflexão que emerge junto à arrebatadora pandemia de COVID-19 e as ações de controle de contágio sugeridas pela Organização Mundial de Saúde, o presente estudo mira seu olhar sobre o comportamento do consumidor de videojogos durante o aludido surto. Ancorado em textos semelhantes e/ou concorrentes, foi permitido perceber que os hábitos do nicho em questão, dentro do quadro analisado, podem vir a contribuir para uma maior compreensão das possibilidades e potencialidades dos recursos disponíveis de live streaming para outros segmentos da indústria de conteúdo; uma vez que estes, condicionados pelo cenário, optaram pelo uso dos mesmos para a manutenção de seus fluxos biológicos. Em conclusão, apesar de se tratar de um paradigma já muito bem esclarecido, acreditamos que a narrativa em questão salvaguarda, mais uma vez, a posição pervasiva que ocupam os media na contemporaneidade.
- As narrativas nos remakes de telenovelas brasileiras - uma revisão bibliográficaPublication . Paraizo, JoannaAs telenovelas brasileiras integram o cotidiano do país há quase seis décadas como um gênero de ficção televisiva com a peculiaridade de contar histórias divididas em episódios ou capítulos, em que o seguinte é a continuação do anterior. Tais narrativas tem o poder de cativar diariamente uma audiência fiel que acompanha o desenrolar de diversos entrelaces durantes meses. Enquadrada como produto da indústria cultural brasileira, a telenovela é o carro-chefe do setor de teledramaturgia até hoje no Brasil. Dada esta capacidade de alcance das telenovelas, o principal propósito dests artigo é discutir os principais conceitos que no futuro pretendem abordar os modelos narrativos de remakes de telenovelas (tendo como foco produções brasileiras). Tendo em conta que este artigo integrará parte da investigação de uma tese de Doutoramento, pretendemos, com ele, levantar definições para enquadrá-las no campo de pesquisa a qual se inserem. Esta revisão bibliográfica será essencial para que, posteriormente, sejam compreendidas as diferenças estruturais presentes nas narrativas de remakes de telenovelas quando comparadas aos seus originais de forma a verificar até que ponto as histórias das duas versões (de uma mesma telenovela) distanciam-se e cruzam-se.
- The concept of internal quality assurance in Madrasah Diniyah PP. Al-Hidayah Tanggulangin SidoarjoPublication . Am, Muh. Fiqih Shofiyul; Thana, Amatillah; Shidiq; Nafis, Moch. Aniq; Martin, WengBackground: Madrasah diniyah education develops with the pesantren policy to open up about a systematic and structured formal education system. Purpose: Because of this, madrasah diniyah education also requires a guarantee system which is the focus of the efforts carried out by the internal madrasah itself so that it can be more transformative, inclusive, and open to change in the public interest. Method: The method used is Qualitative with the Field Research model with interviews and direct observation of the research object. This research focuses on the concept of an internal quality assurance system offered to Madrasah Diniyah Education units. Al-Hidayah as an effort to implement SPMI in related education units. Results. The concept offered by the researcher is the eight principles of quality assurance of the International Standard Organization (ISO) version, and the concept of the quality assurance framework version of Umaedi's MPMBS carried out with EDS (School Self-Evaluation), which in the view of researchers can be implemented in the Madrasah Diniyah Education unit PP. Al-Hidayah Conclusion: Internal quality assurance in madrasah Diniyah PP. AlHidayah is very doable regarding the ISO version of the quality assurance concept regarding the eight principles of internal quality assurance, Internal quality assurance in madrasah diniyah PP. AlHidayah can also be pursued by adjusting the MPMBS concept, namely school-based quality improvement management conceptualized by Umaedi with four frameworks: resources, accountability, curriculum, and school personnel.
- Efforts to improve student learning achievement by applying the PAIKEM learning model for islamic religious education materials about believing in angels in class IV students of SDN No.171 / I Bajubang Laut, Muara Bulian district, Batang Hari regency, 2020/2021 academic yearPublication . Rahmah; Martin, WengThe purpose of this study was to improve learning outcomes of fourth grade students through the PAIKEM learning model in the subject of Islamic Religious Education, the subject of faith in angels or Malaikah at IV SDN No. 171/I Bajubang Laut, Bajubang Laut Village, Muara Bulian District, Batang Hari Regency in even semesters, academic year 2020/2021. The method used in this research was Action Research which refers to the Classroom Action Research model consisting of two cycles which includes four stages; planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data analysis used quantitative and qualitative data. Analysis of quantitative data with descriptive statistics was to compare the results obtained from the first cycle and the second cycle, while the qualitative data analysis by analyzing data from the results of field notes and interviews during the study with steps. The results showed an increase in learning outcomes through the application of the PAIKEM learning model. This can be proven by the average score of completeness before the action was 60.21. The average test results of students during the learning process from cycle I to cycle II have increased. Student learning outcomes indicated by the scores they obtained in the evaluation tests of cycles I and II experienced a significant increase. In the first cycle, the students' completeness was only 67.67 to 80 in the second cycle.
- “Polis”, a sua necessidade, estrutura e aviltamento: Platão no seu melhorPublication . Pereira, AméricoPlatão nem sempre se situa intelectualmente num mesmo patamar de inteligência; por vezes, parece não perceber ter degradado o nível da sua reflexão. Este estudo não se dedica a tais momentos intelectuais platónicos menores, mas a apresentar alguns pontos fundamentais das suas intuições acerca da estrutura transcendental da realidade humana. Platão descobre, assim, os fundamentos lógicos e económicos da “polis”, bem como, por exemplo, a semelhante grandeza ontológica fundamental das mulheres em relação com os homens, apresentando ao mundo o fundamento lógico / ontológico da “polis”.
- Análise da relação entre o uso das redes sociais e o bem-estar psicológico em estudantes universitários jovensPublication . Maia, Teresa RodriguesO objetivo deste artigo de revisão é analisar a relação entre o uso das redes sociais e o bem-estar psicológico em jovens universitários. Para isso, foi realizada uma revisão sistemática da literatura científica em bases de dados como Scopus, Scielo e Latindex, selecionando 10 artigos de revisão e 10 pesquisas originais para sua análise comparativa e organização em uma tabela de síntese. Os resultados evidenciam uma relação significativa entre o uso problemático das redes sociais e a diminuição do bem-estar psicológico em estudantes universitários, manifestando-se em sintomas como ansiedade, depressão, solidão e baixa autoestima. No entanto, também foram identificados efeitos positivos associados ao seu uso, tais como o fortalecimento da conectividade social e o senso de pertencimento a uma comunidade. No que diz respeito às implicações práticas, os achados destacam a importância de promover um uso responsável e equilibrado das redes sociais no contexto universitário, por meio da oferta de recursos e ferramentas que orientem os estudantes para práticas mais saudáveis. Da mesma forma, ressalta-se a necessidade de continuar investigando essa relação para compreendê-la com maior profundidade e desenvolver estratégias eficazes que favoreçam o bem-estar psicológico dos jovens universitários em ambientes digitais.
- From Portuguese colonial representations to racist endorsement: investigating correlational and causal pathsPublication . Meuer, Felix; Guerra, Rita; Madeira, Filipa; Valentim, Joaquim PiresDominant social representations of history play a central role in shaping how societies interpret the past and regulate intergroup relations in the present. Yet empirical evidence on how historical narratives causally influence racist beliefs remains limited. Drawing on the Social Representations of History framework, the present research examines how dominant and counter-representations of colonial history relate to the endorsement of biological and cultural racism. Focusing on the Portuguese context, where colonial history is often narrated through a positive and benevolent lens grounded in the ideology of Luso-tropicalism-the belief that Portuguese colonialism was uniquely tolerant and benign-we investigate both correlational and causal pathways linking these representations to racist attitudes. In Study 1 (N = 216), using data from CRONOS-2, part of the European Social Survey Round 10, we show that endorsement of Luso-tropicalist beliefs predicts higher levels of both biological and cultural racism, above and beyond age and education. In Study 2 (N = 220), we experimentally manipulated representations of colonial history using three conditions: a positive representation derived from a textbook, a negative representation, and a neutral control. Results indicate that biological racism was significantly lower when colonial history was presented in a negative frame compared to a combined positive and neutral representation, while no significant differences emerged for cultural racism. Together, findings from Study 1 and Study 2 provide novel evidence that counter, negative representations of colonial history can attenuate racist beliefs. By integrating correlational and experimental evidence, this research contributes to broader debates on social representations of history as political projects with enduring consequences for contemporary intergroup relations.
