dc.description.abstractO trabalho pretende abordar a singularidade do dinamismo da esperança no Livro de Job, numa tentativa de compreender como a mudança surpreendente da exegese recente, superou a ausência histórica do Livro de Job nos grandes tratados teológicos sobre a esperança. Neste contexto de mudança pretendemos estudar as propostas atuais de uma nova linguagem que tenta secundarizar o debate sobre a retribuição e o sofrimento, para sublinhar o dinamismo da esperança de Job. A tese está organizada em três capítulos. No primeiro capítulo abordaremos a semântica da esperança no conjunto do AT, lançando um primeiro olhar para a especificidade do Livro de Job. No segundo tentaremos uma observação literária dos lugares onde se fala de esperança explicita e implicitamente. No terceiro capítulo situaremos a novidade de um contributo da exegese recente, que se focaliza nas razões da esperança de Job, na imaginação da esperança e na possibilidade de esperar em Deus.pt_PT
dc.description.abstractThe current dissertation intends to study the uniqueness of the dynamism of hope in the Book of Job. This is to help us understand how the surprising change from recent exegesis overcame the historical absence of the Book of Job in the great theological treatises on hope. In this context of change, we intend to study the current proposals for a new language that tries to prioritize the dynamism of Job's hope instead of the debate about retribution and suffering. The thesis is organized in three chapters. In the first chapter, we will address the semantics of hope in the OT, taking a first look at the specificity of same in the Book of Job. In the second, we will try a literary observation of the places where hope is explicitly and implicitly spoken. In the third chapter we will situate the novelty of a contribution from recent exegesis, which focuses on the reasons for Job's hope, the imagination of hope and the possibility of waiting on God.pt_PT
