- Dos perspectivas del alma en el siglo XVI: los Conimbricensis y la mistica de Fr. Juan de los Angeles OFMPublication . Pulido, Manuel LázaroThis paper presents two kinds of analyse of the soul in the Baroque: the Conimbricenses Commentary of the De anima treatise and the Br. Juan de los Ángeles mysticism. One of them is an institutional, university, study about the Aristotelian philosophy and metaphysical tradition. The other, is an alternative and mystical study of the soul, but also with a philosophical point of view from Platonism school. Both have a different approach and different aims, but common points: the importance of the study of the psychic life and the pedagogical relationship. Even so the result is different, with the alternative position. El artículo presenta dos tipos de análisis del alma en la época barroca: el comentario al tratado De Anima de los Conimbricenses y el misticismo de Fr. Juan de los Ángeles. Uno institucional, universitario, que tiene como centro de interés la filosofía aristotélica y la tradición metafísica. Otro, alternativo, con intenciones místicas, no abandona el enfoque filosófico. Desde la tradición poético-filosófica, alimentada en la escuela platónica profundiza también en la psicología humana. Ambas propuestas tienen enfoques diferentes, finalidades distintas pero comparten cosas comunes: buscan la inteligencia de la vida psíquica por su importancia y se orientan en una relación pedagógica (entre alguien que enseña y alguien que aprende). Aun así el resultado es diferente, alternativo.

This article reflects philosophically on disability and highlights the contribution it can give to human society, namely the opportunity to deepen their humanization at various levels. It helps in understanding diversity, personal and social again, level of technology, intellectual capital, and the spiritual dimension.
- La hermenéutica en San Buenaventura. El Prólogo al BreviloquiumPublication . Pulido, Manuel LázaroIn this paper we will try to show the meaning of the expression, “hermeneutics in St. Bonaventure”. The goal is not to make a hermeneutic reading of Bonaventurian thought but rather to inquire from the standpoint of intellectual history whether Bonaventure can be said to have developed a “hermeneutic theology” or, better yet, a “theological hermeneutic”. To answer this question, we present a reading of Breviloquium’s Prologue. Certainly it is the most important text to show us how Bonaventure used a hermeneutic approach to present theological science as method of understanding based in Holy Scripture.

The last part of the article analyses the question of evil in the context of a metaphysics in which the totality of being identify is identified with good.

Pulido, Manuel LázaroEn este trabajo repasamos dos tipos de experiencia filosófica: inmanente (teoría política) y trascendente mística cuyos resultados afectarán la vida práctica. La soledad del príncipe de Maquiavelo es una soledad no querida que busca el reconocimiento del pueblo, inmanente, asumida. Frente a esta soledad existe otra experiencia de soledad diferente, la del místico que alimenta el apóstol, cuyo fin no tiene nada que ver con la del príncipe, pero cuyos resultados fundamentarán en parte (o al menos) una cierta nueva ordenación del mundo.
- La lectura bonaventuriana de Aristóteles desde San FranciscoPublication . Pulido, Manuel LázaroIt seems obvious to indicate the importance of St. Francis in Franciscan School thought. Moreover when we talk about the Franciscan theologian and philosopher's Augustinian readings, usually we establish a dichotomy between Aristotelianism and Augustinianism. Often we forgot the figure of St. Francis of Assisi. In this paper we want to point out the saint-Franciscan influence in Augustinianism interpretation of nature in order to complement the bonaventurian reading of Aristotle.
- La lectura en España de la Declaración vaticana: Nostra aetate: sobre las relaciones de la Iglesia con las religiones no cristianas y sus repercusiones en el diálogo judeo-cristianoPublication . Pulido, Manuel LázaroEste artículo intenta presentar la lectura que se hace de la Carta Encíclica Nostra Aetateen España en relación a la religión judía y que supone un cambio en la perspectiva de la percepción mutua entre cristianos católicos y judíos. Constatamos un incremento de la visibilidad de las minorías religiosasen España, debido en gran parte la fenómeno migratorio. Esto ha rovocado una mayor tolerancia interreligiosa, aunque existen confusiones debidas a lecturas políticas. Para comprender mejor este proceso se recuerda la situación del judaísmo y las comunidades judías en la España contemporánea. La presencia de las comunidades judías en España tiene unas características propias en la última fase de la historia de España. Actualmente están inscritas más de 20 comunidades y existe la Federación de Comunidades Judías de España con unos 40 lugares de culto. Actualmente la religión judíaes reconocida por le Estado Español como una confesión de “notorio arraigo” estableciendo un acuerdo específico (Acuerdo de Cooperación del Estado Español con la Federación de Comunidades Israelitas de España). El estudio termina enumerando y presentando brevemente los documentos postconciliares publicados por la Conferencia Episcopal Española.

Pulido, Manuel LázaroAt a time of change, the theologians of the Golden Age, particularly studied here (Francisco de Vitoria and Alfonso de Castro) knew how to respond from the whole man and discussion from the man (in his immanence and transcendence) to problems and practical challenges of his time; the need to form a new time legally (the problem of the law) as well as to understand the new business practices. This article presents the variation in the concept of law of both authors, with the general thesis behind human rights and laws.
