Abstract(s)
This paper focuses on two practices regarded as relevant in the action plan of Rio Arade
Group of Schools - pedagogical supervision and school levels intra and inter
articulation. These two strands structured the plan of an external consulting process,
focused on the intention of improving educational quality.
It is then presented a model of supervision, contextualized in the reality of Rio Arade
Group of Schools, and an implementation of specific teaching process in the 1st level of basic education - an initiative voted on the controversial and avant-garde within the
Portuguese schools.
