Quem ler esta dissertação ficará a ter uma perceção aprofundada à figura da integridade física, tendo em conta sua evolução no CP e a forma como é protegida dentro do mesmo. Relacionando esse bem jurídico com a prática desportiva, entendendo de que forma a integridade física pode ser, ou não, ofendida durante a sua prática. Tendo em conta exemplos reais da nossa sociedade desportiva perceber-se-á a minha opinião jurídica fundamentada em relação às mesmas.
Those who read this dissertation will have an in-depth perception of the figure of physical integrity, taking into account its evolution in the PC and the way it is protected within it. Relating this legal good to the practice of sports, understanding how physical integrity can be, or not, offended during its practice. Taking into account real examples from our sports society, one will understand my grounded legal opinion in relation to them.
