Resumo(s)
Objetivo do estudo: o presente estudo visa compreender e analisar as abordagens metodológicas de avaliação de soft skills implementadas na empresa X.
Metodologia/abordagem: para o desenvolvimento do presente estudo, procedeu-se à realização de uma análise qualitativa, com recurso a técnicas de entrevista e observação e participante.
Resultados: os resultados obtidos neste estudo demonstraram a relevância das perspetivas dos intervenientes para a melhoria das técnicas, utilizadas pela empresa X, para a observação e análise das soft skills pretendidas pelas empresas clientes, nomeadamente através de: a melhoria das práticas já utilizadas e implementação de novas; e a promoção de planos de formação aos consultores relativamente à sensibilização da importância na avaliação de soft skills e as boas práticas para as fazer.
Valor: a presente investigação termina com a apresentação de possíveis práticas para a empresa X com o intuito de se fazer face às sugestões anunciadas pelos participantes, maximizando-as de modo a que a sua implementação seja útil para a organização sob estudo.
Objective: the following study means to understand and analyse the methodological approaches to the evaluation of soft skills implement in X company. Methodology/approach: for the development of the following study, there was a qualitative analysis, using interview techniques as well as observation and participant. Results: the results obtained in this study show the relevance of the participants' perspectives in the improvement of the techniques used by company X to observe and analyse the soft skills required by its business clients, especially through: the improvement of practices already used and the implementation of new ones; and the promotion of learning plans for consultants regarding the importance of the evaluation of soft skills and the proper ways to do it.
