Abstract(s)
Este estudo pretende testar a existência de uma relação entre a Insegurança no trabalho e o Engagement em trabalhadores de organizações de Sharing economy e averiguar se esta relação é moderada pela Motivação intrínseca e extrínseca. A amostra foi constituída por motoristas de empresas de Sharing economy (n=65) a quem foi aplicado um questionário online com questões pontuadas através de uma escala de Likert. Os resultados foram estatisticamente significativos entre a Insegurança no trabalho e o Engagement; foi realizado o Alfa de Cronbach para todas as escalas utilizadas e todas demonstraram consistência interna. Como conclusão pode afirmar-se que para a população estudada, existe uma correlação positiva entre a Insegurança no trabalho e o Engagement, contudo não foi encontrada moderação pela Motivação.
