O presente relatório reflexivo refere-se a um percurso pessoal e profissional vivido na área da Educação Social em Portugal, a partir de uma perspetiva individual: aquela que resulta da experiência concreta, e no terreno, vivida por mim própria. Neste sentido, o trabalho encontra-se estruturado em duas partes fundamentais, a primeira dedicada à descrição e reflexão sobre o meu percurso como Educadora Social, interpretado e fundamentado à luz dos pressupostos teóricos da Educação Social e da Pedagogia Social, e a segunda sobre a relação entre a Educação Social e a Cultura Escolar, procurando evidenciar o lugar do Educador Social na Escola numa perpetiva de desafios de formação e ação.
This report refers to a personal and professional journey lived in the area of Social Education in Portugal, from a personal perspective; one that results from concrete experience and, on the ground know how, lived by myself. Thus, the work is structured into two fundamental parts, the first dedicated to the description and reflection upon my path as a Social Educator, interpreted and underpinned by the theoretical principles of Social and Pedagogical Education, and the second relates to the relation between Social Education and School Culture, enlightening the place of the Social Educator in School in a perspective of challenges of training and action.
