| dc.description.abstract | A prevenção em Saúde Mental engloba três importantes níveis de prevenção: primária, secundária e terciária. Assim, estes caracterizam três níveis de intervenção com características específicas. O estágio no âmbito do curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem com especialização em Enfermagem Saúde Mental e Psiquiatria engloba três módulos com diferentes níveis de intervenção: Promoção de estilos de vida saudável, diagnóstico; Desenvolvimento de competências em unidades de intervenção na crise do adulto e um último módulo opcional. Assim, o módulo I foi realizado no Projecto Integrado de Apoio à Comunidade pertencente ao IDT; o módulo II no serviço de Santo Tirso / Trofa do Hospital Magalhães Lemos e, por último, o módulo opcional foi realizado no Departamento de Psiquiatria da Infância e da Adolescência do Centro Hospitalar do Porto. Em cada módulo foram desenvolvidos objectivos específicos, com actividades e respectivas competências adquiridas. Sendo a adolescência um período de transição para a vida adulta, é também uma altura de experiências, riscos e vulnerabilidades. É importante o enfermeiro especialista saber promover estilos de vida saudável, realizar uma intervenção precoce em Saúde Mental, bem como promover a modificação de factores de risco e promoção dos factores protectores, não esquecendo a importância da família com factor protector fulcral. Numa intervenção ao nível do tratamento de situações agudas é importante o enfermeiro especialista estabelecer uma relação terapêutica e de ajuda com o cliente /família, realizar intervenções psicoterapêuticas em função das necessidades do cliente que podem ocorrer num contexto de grupo ou individualmente bem como intervir na família. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | Prevention, in Mental Health, encloses three important levels: Primary, Secondary and Tertiary. These three levels consubstantiate three interventions, each with specific characteristics. I served as apprentice academic for the Masters Degree in Nursing, with specialization in Mental Health and Psychiatry which presents three modules with different intervention levels: Promotion of healthy life styles, Diagnose; Development of competencies in units of adult’s intervention, and one last optional module. Module I, was developed in an Integrated Project of Community Support which belonged to IDT; module II occurred in Santo Tirso/ Trofa, location site for Magalhães Lemos Hospital; the last, and optional module, was performed in the Infancy and Adolescent Psychiatrics Department of Centro Hospitalar do Porto. For each module, where developed specific goals, with activities of support, and described which competencies were developed. Being adolescence a period of transition for adult life, it is also a period for experimenting, taking risks, and also be exposed to vulnerabilities. It is important for a specialised nurse to know how to promote healthy life styles, be able to intervene early in Mental Health, and also to promote the modification of risk factors and protecting factors, never forgetting family as a major importance factor to protect the patient. During an intervention for treatment of complex situations, it is important for the nurse to know how to establish a therapeutic relationship and a relationship of aid with the patient and its family and being able to perform Psychotherapeutic Interventions adapted to the patient needs which can occur in a group context, individually, and also in its family. | |
