| dc.description.abstract | A presente dissertação tem como temática a prática do Empoderamento no Rendimento Social de Inserção (RSI) e como objetivo analisar as estratégias de intervenção social, que visam promover a autonomização e inserção dos beneficiários desta medida, numa base de empoderamento dos sujeitos. A escolha da temática resulta de motivações a nível pessoal, dado que o investigador está ligado, diretamente, ao RSI, e por outro lado, por ser um tema atual e a investigação sobre este tema ser escassa. O empoderamento é uma intervenção capaz de valorizar as competências pessoais, sociais, educativas e profissionais dos beneficiários e de estes conduzirem as suas próprias vidas numa perspetiva de mudança. Importa, então, perceber de que forma estes beneficiários se podem autonomizar da medida e como o empoderamento pode ajudá-los na melhoria das suas condições de vida. O estudo foi iniciado com a pesquisa documental e bibliográfica, no sentido de fazer um levantamento de bibliografia, para uma revisão da literatura existente sobre o tema. Trata-se de uma análise qualitativa, de enfoque exploratório, sendo o método selecionado o estudo de caso, que nos possibilita uma melhor compreensão do fenómeno que se pretende analisar. Como instrumento de recolha de dados, optámos pela entrevista semiestruturada a sete profissionais de Serviço Social que desempenham funções de atendimento/acompanhamento social na área do RSI. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | The present dissertation has as theme the practice of Empowerment in Social Insertion Income (SII) and as objective, to analyze the strategies of social intervention, aimed at promoting the empowerment and integration of the beneficiaries of this measure on a basis of empowerment of individuals. The choice of the theme follows motivations of personal level, since the researcher is connected directly to the SII, and secondly, because it is a current topic and research on this topic is scarce. Empowerment is an intervention capable of enhancing personal, social, educational and professional skills of the beneficiaries and from them, they conduct their own lives in a perspective of change. It matters to realize in what way these beneficiaries can empower themselves from the measure and how empowerment can help them in improving their living conditions. This study started with the documental and bibliographical research, in order to make a survey of the bibliography, for a review of the existing literature on the subject. This is a qualitative analysis, of exploratory approach, with the selected case study method, which allows us a better understanding of the phenomenon to be analyzed. As an instrument of data collection, we opted for the semi-structured interview to seven professionals who perform Social Service care / social care in the SII area. | por |
