| dc.description.abstract | Esta dissertação apresenta o trust enquanto instrumento de garantia do cumprimento das obrigações. As suas estruturas objetiva e subjetiva serão abordadas antes de nos debruçarmos sobre o tema principal. A presente exposição pretende demonstrar em que medida o trust assume um papel garantístico para os credores no tráfico jurídico. Para tal, reunimos alguns exemplos, onde essa função garantística se encontra presente. Apesar da escassez de informação, a nível nacional, cremos ter atingido o objetivo a que nos propusemos. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This dissertation presents the trust as an instrument for ensuring the fulfillment of obrigations. Its objective and subjective structures will be adressed before we turn to the main theme. The present presentation seeks demonstrating to what extent the trust assumes a guaranteeing role for creditors in legal traffic.
