Esta dissertação apresenta o trust enquanto instrumento de garantia do cumprimento das obrigações. As suas estruturas objetiva e subjetiva serão abordadas antes de nos debruçarmos sobre o tema principal.
A presente exposição pretende demonstrar em que medida o trust assume um papel garantístico para os credores no tráfico jurídico. Para tal, reunimos alguns exemplos, onde essa função garantística se encontra presente.
Apesar da escassez de informação, a nível nacional, cremos ter atingido o objetivo a que nos propusemos.
