| dc.description.abstract | Na presente dissertação analisamos o regime jurídico do “teletrabalho”, desenvolvendo em especial a matéria do “acordo de teletrabalho” e de alguns aspetos do seu conteúdo mínimo obrigatório – na sequência da alteração legislativa operada pela Lei n.º 83/2021 – a saber: o “local de trabalho” e o “tempo de trabalho”. Explicamos ainda a articulação do teletrabalho com o conceito de “acidente de trabalho”, evidenciando os problemas e insuficiências jurídicas da legislação acidentária que podem surgir neste âmbito. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | In this dissertation, we analyze the legal regime of 'telework', specifically developing the subject of the 'telework agreement' and some aspects of its mandatory minimum content - following the legislative amendment made by Law No. 83/2021 - namely, the 'place of work' and 'working time.'
