Abstract(s)
“O espetro do autismo e as novas tecnologias” é o tema deste projeto.
Esta investigação incide sobre uma criança diagnosticada com Espetro do Autismo, a frequentar um Jardim de Infância da Rede Pública do qual somos docente titular, em situação de adiamento à escolaridade obrigatória, a quem foi proposto um Sistema Alternativo de Comunicação – o software Plaphoons.
Para tal fizemos diversas observações durante o Ano Letivo à criança em contacto com o software, tendo também entrevistado os diversos agentes educativos que trabalharam com esta criança: a Mãe, a Educadora do Ensino Especial, a Terapeuta da Fala.
Concluimos que a criança caso do estudo manipula com bastante facilidade o software, o que lhe permitiu utilizá-lo de forma mais regular.
Concluimos também que esta ferramenta não só responde às necessidades comunicacionais desta criança como também lhe possibilita fazer algumas aprendizagens com a utilização da mesma.
The Spectrum of Autism and New Technologies " is the theme of this project . This research focuses on one diagnosed with Autism Spectrum , to attend a Kindergarten Public Network which we hold teachers , in a situation of postponement of compulsory schooling child, who proposed an Alternative Communication System - the software Plaphoons . For this we made several observations during the academic year for children in contact with the software , and also interviewed the various educational agents who worked with this child : the mother , the Educator Special Education , the Speech Therapist . We conclude that the child 's case study manipulates the software quite easily , allowing you to use it more regularly . We conclude also that this tool not only responds to the communication needs of this child but also enables you to do some learning with its use .
