| dc.description.abstract | A inspeção no trabalho é um tema que se tem tornado cada vez mais importante e, por isso, torna-se relevante compreender e explicar o dilema que os inspetores do trabalho vivem no exercício da sua função e perceber se o modo como estes atuam irá influenciar a sua satisfação com o trabalho. Este estudo tem então como objetivos perceber o processo da inspeção do trabalho e a sua atuação na promoção de um trabalho digno, bem como compreender se a forma como os inspetores atuam influencia a sua satisfação no trabalho e identificar as estratégias que usam para tornar a sua atividade mais eficiente. O método utilizado no presente estudo foi de cariz qualitativo, recorrendo à técnica de entrevistas semi-estruturadas. Para a recolha dos dados sociodemográficos foi construído um questionário adaptado aos objetivos do estudo. Relativamente aos participantes, recorreu-se à técnica da snow ball, obtendo uma amostra de dezoito inspetores, onze do sexo masculino e sete do sexo feminino, com variada antiguidade na função. Os resultados permitiram obter uma visão mais aprofundada sobre o processo da inspeção do trabalho e da função do inspetor do trabalho em específico. Além disso, permitiram perceber que a forma como os inspetores do trabalho atuam poderá ter influência na satisfação com o trabalho. No entanto, utilizam diversificadas estratégias para tentar que o seu trabalho seja eficiente e, por conseguinte, sintam uma melhor satisfação com o seu trabalho. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Labor inspection is a topic that has become increasingly important and, therefore, it is important to understand and explain the dilemma that labor inspectors experience in the exercise of their role and to understand whether the way in which they act will influence your satisfaction with work. This study therefore aims to understand the labor inspection process and its role in promoting decent work, as well as understanding whether the way in which inspectors work influences their satisfaction at work and identifying the strategies they use to make their job better more efficient activity. The method used in the present study was qualitative in nature, using the technique of semi-structured interviews. To collect sociodemographic data, a questionnaire adapted to the objectives of the study was created. Regarding the participants, the snowball technique was used, obtaining a sample of eighteen inspectors, eleven male and seven female, with varying seniority in the role. The results allowed us to obtain a more in-depth view of the labor inspection process and the role of the labor inspector in specific. Furthermore, they allowed us to understand that the way in which labor inspectors work may have an influence on job satisfaction. However, they use different strategies to try to make their work efficient and, therefore, feel better satisfaction with their work. | pt_PT |
