No presente trabalho iremos analisar a Lei-Quadro das Contra-Ordenações Ambientais - Lei 50/2006, de 29 de Agosto. Tentaremos analisar as suas especificidades em relação ao Regime Geral das Contra-Ordenações e de que forma tais especificidades se coadunam com as particularidades do direito do ambiente. Em face de tais especificidades procuraremos, finalmente, avaliar de que forma as mesmas influenciam os direitos daqueles sancionados por via da aplicação da aludida lei.
We will study, in the present work, the 50/2006 Law of 29 of August “Lei-Quadro das Contra-Ordenações Ambientais”. We will try to appreciate its particular characteristics, especially in what concerns to those on which it defers from the “Regime Geral das Contra-Ordenações”. Considering the specific principles of environmental law, we will try to understand whether or not those principles are enforced by the 50/2006 law, and, if so, to what cost, in particular to the rights of those sanctioned by that law.
