In the last decades, the State has been introducing ways of implementing public policies that diverge from the paradigm of administration with a bureaucratic centralization. For that reason, nowadays it accepts that schools can have a fundamental role in the adequacy of the curricular offer to students and to the contexts in which they integrate and it contracts with several counties the management of the activities of curricular enrichment in primary schools. In this communication we explain the evolution of the development process of the activities of curricular enrichment in a county of the littoral north. This study aims to identify the entities which collaborate with the county and Agroupment in implementing activities in the territory and understand how the local educational agents use and appropriate of the national project, using the existent resources and foresee the potential impact in the communitarian development and in the quality of the educational offer. The study identifies several stages of the process and distinguishes partnerships and also equipment and resources used to assure the activities of curricular enrichment. Although it enhances a current contraction in consequence of budget restrictions, it highlights artistic-sportive projects implemented in the schools of the county which result in the creation of synergies between entities and local partners.
