Com a presente dissertação procedemos à análise do regime jurídico da transmissão de empresas, estabelecimento ou partes de empresas ou estabelecimentos que sejam considerados como uma unidade económica e os direitos atinentes a este regime jurídico. Dada a sua recente consagração e a sua extrema importância iremos também abordar o direito de oposição à transmissão da posição de empregador e o direito de resolução do contrato de trabalho com base na transmissão da unidade económica.
With the present dissertation we will analyze the legal regime of the transfers of undertakings or businesses that are considered as an economic entity and the rights belongings to this legal regime. Given its recent consecration and its extreme importance, we will also address the right of opposition to the transfer of the employer's position and the right to terminate the employment contract based on the transfer of the economic unit.
