| dc.description.abstract | As relações laborais transformaram-se de maneira profunda ao longo dos últimos anos, gerando a necessidade de as leis terem de acompanhar e de se manter a par desta realidade, o que inclui a regulação do teletrabalho de forma mais direta e do direito à desconexão, como forma de proteção da saúde, segurança e bem-estar do teletrabalhador. Mas como pode o sistema legal português e brasileiro contribuir para a melhoria das novas relações de trabalho? Quais são as principais diferenças entre o regime destes países? Através de uma análise comparada, busca-se verificar quais são os principais aspetos do teletrabalho e do direito à desconexão no Brasil e em Portugal. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Labor relations have changed profoundly over the last few years, creating the need for laws to follow and keep abreast of this reality, which includes the regulation of teleworking more directly and the right to disconnect, as a means of protecting the health, safety and well-being of teleworkers. But how can the Portuguese and Brazilian legal system contribute to the improvement of new labor relations? What are the main differences between the regime of these countries?
