Abstract(s)
e a satisfação laboral.
The present study aims to understand how the practice of proactive leadership in organizations can significantly affect and contribute to job satisfaction. The bibliographic review was developed based on scientific articles from national and international repositories of free access. For the subsequent analysis of the data, we used the statistical program SPPS, version 21. The results allowed to conclude that, there is a statistically significant correlation between proactive leadership and job satisfaction. One of the limitations presented is the online sample collection, in which some workers do not have access. As a future suggestion, it is necessary to study this theme again, since it is little explored in the scientific literature.
