O Direito do Trabalho tem enfrentado nos últimos tempos inúmeros desafios, o que tem provocado, por sua vez, uma forte necessidade de reformulação da redação dos diplomas legais que corporizam aquele ramo do Direito. Apesar de o teletrabalho, enquanto forma de organização do trabalho, já ter surgido há algum tempo, tem ganho uma outra dimensão, levantando variadíssimas questões, em especial, no que concerne ao Direito da Saúde e Segurança no Trabalho, muito devido à situação pandémica atual. Perante todo este cenário, nasceu uma inevitável curiosidade pela investigação e tratamento de todos os assuntos que esta temática por si só envolve. No que respeita ao tema da minha dissertação de mestrado – “O Teletrabalho e Saúde e Segurança no Trabalho”, pretendemos levantar inúmeras questões, nomeadamente, no que respeita a aspetos relativos a determinados fatores de risco, riscos e danos, mas também a possíveis soluções neste mundo da era digital, fazendo prevalecer sempre o pensamento livre e problematização de diversos cenários possíveis e imagináveis neste contexto.
In recent times, Labor Law has faced numerous challenges, which in turn has provoked a strong need to reformulate the wording of the legal diplomas that embody that branch of Law. Although remote work, as a form of work organization, has been around for some time, it has gained another dimension, raising a wide range issue, in particular, with regards to the Right to Health and Safety at work, largely due to the current pandemic situation. Given all this scenario, an inevitable curiosity was born for the investigation and treatment of all subjects that this theme itself involves. With regard to the theme of my master´s thesis – “Telework and Health and Safety at Work”, we intend to raise numerous questions, mostly related to certain risk factors, risks and damages, but also to find possible solutions in this world of the digital age that allows free thinking to prevail and that questions every scenario.
