Abstract(s)
The concern for the academic success and the improvement of learning of all students requires the
construction of alternative paths, which lead to concrete, effective and efficient responses. The challenges
are complex. At a time and context guided by rapid technological advances, it matters to consider different
ways of teaching and learning to ensure education opportunities and the success of all. The experience
in a TEIP group, whose program is based on the elaboration of a plan of action and of an improvement
plan, summoned us to a greater knowledge and reflection of pedagogic differentiation measures, in this
case, internal pedagogical assessment, as a measure of promotion and supporting the improvement of
teaching and learning.In this communication we give emphasis to the internal pedagogical assessment in a TEIP context,
a study that calls for the mixed research paradigm (Creswell, 2012) and the approach that allows us to
better understand and evaluate the perspectives and effects of the Pedagogical Support.
The current literature recognizes the ability of schools to set educational and curricular projects that
provide qualitative changes at the organizational level, in the work of teachers, in the curriculum and in
the teaching-learning processes. Our intention is to understand what the actual effects of that measure
are, in achieving the goals of improving student learning, within the school organization and through the
perception of the actors involved in the teaching / learning process, thus contributing to the clarification
of the concept and surplus value of this measure for students.
