Abstract(s)
O presente relatório tem como objetivo uma reflexão teoricamente
sustentada sobre alguns episódios do meu percurso profissional que considero
muito significativos, pela repercussão que tiveram na construção do meu “eu”
profissional.
Destaco a função de orientadora de estágio, que desempenhei durante
o ano letivo 2007/2008 e, as consequências pessoais e institucionais que o
desempenho desse cargo desencadearam. Refletindo sobre esse ano, destaco
dois aspetos principais:
Por um lado, o crescimento pessoal e profissional configurando
uma viragem muito importante na minha forma de ser professora
por uma visão mais exigente do papel que desempenho na
escola e na sociedade;
Por outro lado, a importância da supervisão e da avaliação no
desenvolvimento e na identidade profissional.
Toda a reflexão foi feita à luz de quadros teóricos atualizados das
Ciências da Educação, nomeadamente no que respeita à prática reflexiva e ao
trabalho colaborativo, à supervisão e à avaliação, à autonomia e ao
desenvolvimento profissional.
This report aims to be a theoretically supported reflection on some episodes of my career which I regard as very significant, for the impact they had on my professional self. I highlight the function of internship advisor I carried out during the school year of 2007/2008 and the personal and institutional consequences that were triggered by that performance. Reflecting on that year, I highlight two main aspects: On the one hand, the personal and professional growth that set a very important turning point on the way I teach for a more demanding way to look at the role I play in school and society; On the other hand, the importance of supervision and evaluation on development and professional identity. All of my considerations were made in the light of current theoretical frame work of Educational Sciences, in particular what regards reflective practice and cooperative work, supervision and evaluation, autonomy and professional development.
