O presente relatório de atividade profissional, realizado no âmbito do II Ciclo de Estudos em Ciências da Educação em Administração e Organização Escolar, tem por objetivo relacionar os conceitos de Autonomia, Sucesso e Justiça, sob uma perspetiva dada no subtítulo do relatório: Autonomia, para que te quero?...
O percurso, na primeira parte, inicia-se com a abordagem do conceito de Autonomia, continua com a análise do tema nos diversos modelos organizacionais e vê o seu primeiro capítulo terminar com uma leitura da regulamentação em lei da Autonomia em contexto escolar e os seus instrumentos.
No segundo capítulo são tratados os títulos da Justiça e do Sucesso em contexto escolar. Sob o título do Sucesso são abordadas as (des)igualdades em ambiente escola e sob o título da Justiça confronta-se o Sucesso com os seus vários paradigmas.
A segunda parte caracteriza-se por uma reflexão sob o caminho para a Autonomia no Agrupamento de Escolas onde exerço funções, vai para dezasseis anos.
Sobre isto tudo ainda se tentarão as necessárias conclusões.
The present professional activity report, carried out under the II Cycle of Studies in Science of Education, in Administration and School Organization, aims to relate the concepts of Autonomy, Success and Justice, under a perspective given in the report’s subtitle: Autonomy, what do I want you for...? The first part begins with the approach of the concept of Autonomy, then it continues with the analysis of the theme in the different organizational models and it ends with a perspective of the regulation of the law of Autonomy in school context and its instruments. The second chapter focus on Justice and Success in school context. The (un)equalities in a school environment are discussed under the title of Success; and under the title of Justice, Success confronts its several paradigms. The second part is characterised by a reflection about the path to Autonomy in the school where I have worked at for the last sixteen years. We will try to reach the necessary conclusions about all these themes.
