Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho de dissertação de mestrado, tem por objetivo um estudo direcionado aos contratos de distribuição comercial, do ponto de vista de contratos de cooperação empresarial, estabelecendo as principais diferenças e semelhanças entre os tipos contratuais destinados à distribuição comercial e cooperação empresarial, quais sejam os contratos de concessão comercial, contratos de agência e os contratos de franquia. Todos esses negócios jurídicos comerciais possuem semelhanças e diferenças entre si, todavia podem e devem ser interpretados sob o prisma da cooperação entre empresários e empresas, com o intuito de alavancar e escalonar a atividade empresarial.
The present work of master's thesis aims at a study directed to commercial distribution contracts, from the point of view of business cooperation contracts, establishing the main differences and similarities between the contractual types intended for commercial distribution and business cooperation, which are commercial concession agreements, agency agreements and franchise agreements. All these commercial legal transactions have similarities and differences between them, however they can and should be interpreted from the perspective of cooperation between entrepreneurs and companies, in order to leverage and scale business activity.
