O presente relatório de estágio decorre na sequência da fase formativa para
obtenção do grau de mestre em Psicologia Clínica e da Saúde pela Universidade
Católica Portuguesa – faculdade de Filosofia de Braga.
Este relatório de estágio reflete um processo de avaliação curricular e validação da
experiência adquirida ao longo do percurso como estagiária no Centro de Saúde de
Santo Tirso. Assim, a fase formativa do estágio torna possível o contato real com a
prática da psicologia clínica proporcionando assim o desenvolvimento de competências
profissionais. De acordo com as exigências estabelecidas pela instituição de ensino
anteriormente referida o estágio curricular teve a duração de 17 meses perfazendo um
total de horas (mínimo 500 horas e um máximo de 700 horas) requeridas pela
Universidade Católica Portuguesa – Faculdade de Filosofia de Braga.
No enquadramento descrito surge assim o presente relatório de estágio realizado com
base na experiência vivenciada no Centro de Saúde de Santo Tirso integrado no
Agrupamento de Centros de Saúde ACES Grande Porto I Santo Tirso/Trofa, sob
orientação da Mestre Piedade Vieitas. No decorrer do estágio foram desenvolvidas as
seguintes atividades: ações de formação de educação para a saúde no âmbito da
sexualidade; Observação e participação nos programas e projetos de saúde escolar, bem
como actividades de observação, avaliação e intervenção psicológica individual e em
grupo.
Este relatório encontra-se dividido em duas partes: numa primeira parte é
descrito o contexto institucional, o papel do psicólogo integrado nos cuidados de saúde
primários (CSP), a consulta de psicologia no Centro de Saúde de Santo Tirso e as
atividades realizadas pela valência de psicologia; numa segunda parte, são explicadas as
atividades realizadas durante o ano e meio de estágio, as ações realizadas com a
comunidade e a apresentação da avaliação e intervenção de casos clínicos
acompanhados, bem como a intervenção em grupo; e, por último, é realizada uma
reflexão sobre a dinâmica institucional e a experiência vivenciada no estágio.
The present internship report derives in the sequence of the formative phase in obtaining a master’s degree in Health and Clinical Psychology by the Universidade Católica Portuguesa – Faculdade de Filosofia de Braga. This internship report reflects a curricular evaluation and experience validation acquired throughout the course as an intern in the Health Center of Santo Tirso. Therefore, the formative phase of the internship allows the real contact with the practice of psychology providing the development of professional skills. In agreement with the requirements established by the educational institution previously referred the internship had duration of 17 months which equals the total hours (a minimum of 500 hours and maximum of 700 hours) required by the Portuguese Catholic University - Philosophy Faculty. So this report comes about with base on the experience had in the Health Center of Santo Tirso integrated in the ACES Health Center agroupment of the Metropolitan Oporto I Santo Tirso/Trofa, under the orientation of Master Piedade Vieitas. During the internship the following activities were developed: educational interventions for health concerning sexuality; The observation and participation in programs and projects of school health as well as psychological observation, evaluation and intervention individually and as a group. This report is divided in two parts: The first section describes the institutional context, the role of a psychologist integrated in primary health care (PHC), The consultation of a psychologist in the Health Center of Santo Tirso and the activities performed through psychology valances; The second section explains activities performed during the internship of a year and a half, the interventions performed with the community and the presentation of the evaluation and intervention in clinical cases followed, there will also be description of group interventions and lastly, a reflection will be made on the institutional dynamic and experiences of the internship.
