A presente dissertação irá incidir sobre a matéria de Acidentes de Trabalho, em específico sobre o nexo de causalidade entre o acidente e a atividade. Procura-se, pois, expor, ainda que sucintamente, as correntes doutrinais e jurisprudenciais que se assumem neste tema e assumir a nossa posição face à matéria em apreço. Com efeito, esta é uma matéria com um incomensurável interesse prático, na medida em que está em causa o direito de reparação do trabalhador sinistrado. Com a elaboração deste texto, assumimo-nos expressamente enquanto defensores da desnecessidade de existência de um nexo causal entre o acidente a atividade, configurando o argumento basilar desta posição no risco de autoridade assumido pelo empregador quando coloca um trabalhador à sua disposição, numa perspetiva de subordinação jurídica
This dissertation will focus on the issue of Accidents at Work, specifically on the causal link between the accident and the activity. It is therefore intended to expose, briefly, the doctrinal and jurisprudential currents that are assumed in this theme and assume our position in relation to the matter under consideration. That is a matter which has an immeasurable practical interest in so far as it concerns the right to compensation of the injured worker. With the preparation of this text, we expressly assume as defenders the lack of a causal link between the accident and the activity, setting the basic argument of this position in the risk of authority assumed by the employer when placing a worker at his disposal, in a perspective of legal subordination.
