Este estudo teve como objetivo geral o de contribuir para a avaliação do Projeto Elos através da percepção e satisfação dos utentes relativamente à implementação deste projeto na sua globalidade. Para tal, adoptou-se uma abordagem qualitativa, tendo sito efetuado um focus group com os utentes do Gabinete de Apoio da Cooperativa Arrimo.
Com o auxílio dos relatos dos participantes, conseguimos perceber que aspectos do Projecto estariam a ter resultados mais ou menos positivos, bem como críticas positivas e/ou negativas e sugestões de melhoria.
No futuro, julgamos ser importante a realização de um focus group com todos os técnicos envolventes neste Projeto, de forma a analisar a percepção destes em relação ao funcionamento das várias dimensões do Projeto Elos.
The general objective of this study was to contribute to the evaluation of Project Elos, by looking at user perception and satisfaction regarding the project's implementation. To achieve this, a qualitative approach was selected, using a focus group composed of users of the Arrimo Collective's Support Office. Owing to the participant's reports, we were able to discern which of the project's aspects were having positive responses and which weren't, as well as positive and negative feedback and improvement suggestions. In the future, we think it will be important to create a focus group comprising all technicians involved in this project, in order to analyse their perception concerning the various dimensions of Project Elos.
