O relatório é uma apreciação global sobre as experiências vividas e reflectidas durante o Estágio realizado. O principal objectivo deste relatório é descrever e dar visibilidade às actividades realizadas para a aquisição de competências inerentes ao grau de Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica. A metodologia utilizada foi descritiva, reflexiva e analítica perante as situações observadas e vivenciadas ao longo do período de estágio. A reflexão pessoal é uma característica essencial do relatório tendo sido fundamentada em autores de reconhecido mérito e na experiência profissional e pessoal. O meu percurso iniciou-se no Bloco Operatório do Hospital Pedro Hispano, seguindo-se o módulo de estágio na Unidade de Cuidados Intensivos de Cardiologia do Centro Hospital Vila Nova de Gaia/ Espinho e por fim no Serviço de Urgência do Hospital Pedro Hispano. A estrutura do relatório divide-se em três partes, sendo cada delas relativas aos módulos acima citados. O módulo de estágio no Serviço de Urgência permitiu-me adquirir conhecimentos e competências relativas à actuação ao doente crítico na sala de emergência, de suporte avançado de vida, em situação de trauma e na área de triagem. O módulo de estágio na Unidade de Cuidados Intensivos permitiu-me obter e desenvolver competências na prestação e gestão de cuidados ao doente crítico do foro cardíaco, no domínio da comunicação, de educação para a saúde, na área de formação e na realização de registos de enfermagem com linguagem CIPE (Classificação Internacional para a Prática de Enfermagem) Com a realização do módulo de estágio no serviço de Bloco Operatório, conheci a dinâmica intra-operatório, o que contribui para adquirir conhecimentos e competências para a melhor prestação de cuidados no pré-operatório e no pós-operatório. Considero ter atingido os objectivos propostos, o que me permitiu ampliar domínios como a tomada de decisão favorecendo a continuidade dos cuidados, a aquisição de autonomia no desempenho profissional e fomentar a prática baseada na evidência contribuindo para o desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional, mas sobretudo para a melhoria dos cuidados de saúde prestados.
This report is an overall assessment on the experiences and reflections during the Traineeship. The main purpose of this report is to describe and give visibility to the activities for the acquisition of skills related to the degree Nurse Specialist in Medical-Surgical Nursing. The methodology used was descriptive of practical, reflection and the analytical one before the situations observed and lived deeply throughout the period of period of training. The personal reflection is an essential characteristic of the report having been based on authors of recognized merit and the professional and personal experience. My journey began in the Bloco Operatório do Hospital Pedro Hispano, followed by the module in the Unidade de Cuidados Intensivos de Cardiologia of Centro Hospitalar Vila Nova de Gaia/ Espinho and finally in the Serviço de Urgência do Hospital Pedro Hispano. The report’s structure is divided into three parts, each of them relating to the modules described above. The module placement in to emergency department allowed me to acquire knowledge and skills to act on critical patient in the emergency room, of advanced life support, in situations of trauma and triage area. The module placement in the Intensive Care Unit allowed me to obtain and develop competence in the provision and management of critical care to the sick heart of the forum in the field of communication, health education, training area and implementation of records ICNP nursing language using SAPE. With the completion of the internship module in the service of the Bloco Operatório, I meet the dynamic intra-operative, which helps to acquire knowledge and skills for better care in the preoperative and postoperative. I believe, I have achieved their objectives, which allowed me to extend areas such as the decision taking favoring the continuity of the cares, the acquisition of autonomy in the professional performance and to foment practical the established one in the evidence contributing for the personal and professional development, but over all for the improvement of the given cares of health.
