| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório descreve e reflete o percurso realizado no Mestrado em Enfermagem na área de especialização em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica, na Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Instituto de Ciências da Saúde. Os estágios decorreram em três lugares distintos, nomeadamente, o primeiro estágio num Serviço de Urgência Geral (SUG), o segundo estágio numa Unidade de Cuidados Intensivos Polivalente (UCIP) e o terceiro estágio (opcional) num Bloco Operatório (BO), todos em hospitais na periferia de Lisboa. O relatório tem como objetivo descrever e analisar de um modo reflexivo as atividades desenvolvidas nos diferentes campos de estágio, com o propósito de adquirir competências inerentes à categoria de Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica, na assistência ao cliente/família em situação crítica. A minha intervenção no decorrer dos estágios consistiu em desenvolver a promoção da segurança nos cuidados de enfermagem de forma a promover comportamentos eficazes e seguros. Pelo que realizei trabalhos transversais, nos três estágios, os quais subsidiaram o conhecimento e aprendizagem onde foi demonstrado aprofundamento sobre as temáticas e feita divulgação dos resultados obtidos. A metodologia do trabalho utilizada foi a pesquisa bibliográfica e a reflexão das múltiplas atividades desenvolvidas, tendo por base o progresso, com o desenvolvimento/aquisição de competências. Por fim, importa referir que agi sempre de forma reflexiva, empenhada, responsável e ética ao longo dos estágios, mantendo uma postura adequada como aluna da especialidade, preservando de forma contínua e autónoma o processo de autodesenvolvimento pessoal e profissional. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This report describes and reflects the course carried out in the Master's Degree in Nursing in the area of specialization in Medical-Surgical Nursing, at the Portuguese Catholic University, Institute of Health Sciences. The internships took place in three distinct places, namely the first General Urgency (SUG), the second stage in a Multipurpose Intensive Care Unit (UCIP) and the third stage (optional) in an Operational Block (BO), all in hospitals in the outskirts of Lisbon. The purpose of this report is to describe and analyze in a reflexive manner the activities carried out in the different stages of the internship, with the purpose of acquiring competencies inherent to the category of Specialist Nursing in Medical-Surgical Nursing, in the critical care of the client / family. My intervention during the internships was to develop the promotion of safety in nursing care in order to promote effective and safe behavior. Therefore, I carried out cross-cutting work in the three stages, which subsidized the knowledge and learning where it was demonstrated deepening on the themes and made dissemination of the results obtained. The work methodology used was the bibliographical research and the reflection of the multiple activities developed, based on progress, with the development / acquisition of competences. Finally, it is important to mention that I have always acted in a reflexive, committed, responsible and ethical way throughout the internships, maintaining a proper posture as a student of the specialty, preserving in a continuous and autonomous way the process of personal and professional self-development. | pt_PT |
