Com o presente trabalho, pretende-se obter uma visão alargada da relação do clube com a sociedade desportiva. Como se de uma linha cronológica se tratasse, dedicaremos a nossa análise ao regime jurídico das associações e das sociedades desportivas, bem como ao posicionamento do clube desportivo em ambos os regimes, e à proteção da sua posição. Finalmente, apresentaremos uma análise das singularidades do regime alemão.
