Abstract(s)
O presente relatório de estágio tem como objetivo apresentar uma
abordagem para a conceção de um novo sistema de avaliação do
desempenho por competências para o Grupo Cardan.
Para tal, foi desenvolvido um estudo de caso, no âmbito de uma
investigação qualitativa, sobre as práticas de avaliação do desempenho
do Grupo Cardan, que revelou a necessidade de se criar um novo
sistema de avaliação do desempenho, bem como interligar as várias
práticas do departamento de recursos humanos e alinhar todas as
pessoas, direcionando-as para a estratégia organizacional.
Neste sentido, através de uma investigação sobre o estado de arte e de
uma participação ativa na organização foi possível co-construir, com a
responsável de recursos humanos do Grupo, um conjunto de passos
para a conceção de um novo sistema de avaliação do desempenho por
competências que se prevê implementar ao longo do presente ano.
Na sequência destes passos foi possível concluir que, ao serem
implementados, a organização poderá ter uma melhor gestão ao nível do
departamento de recursos humanos, tendo no centro das suas práticas a
gestão do desempenho; um melhor desempenho rumo aos objetivos
organizacionais e um alinhamento de todos os colaboradores com os
valores, princípios e missão do Grupo Cardan.
This internship report has it main goal to present a new performance appraisal system for competences to Cardan. To accomplish it a case study was developed, sustained by a qualitative research, about Cardan’s performance appraisal practices. This study revealed that not only a new performance appraisal system in Cardan should be created, but also linked the various practices of human resources department and aligned all employees to a organizational strategy. During the internship I could combine an active participation in Cardan’s projects with a bibliography revision which permitted to co-construct the required steps to a new performance appraisal system for competences with the human resources department manager, previewed to be implemented along this year. At the end of the conception system I could conclude that the implementation of these designed steps may achieve a foremost human resources department management through the performance management system in the center of it. In addition it can be possible a performance improvement towards the organizational objectives and the employees values, principles and Cardan’s mission alignment.
