| dc.description.abstract | O presente trabalho consiste num estudo de caso no Espaço Mais Perto do Zambujal, na freguesia de São Domingos de Rana, concelho de Cascais. Pretende-se dar um contributo para a compreensão e análise dos fatores críticos de sucesso do acompanhamento social em contexto de habitação social. A investigação é qualitativa, na medida em que tem como objetivo compreender a conduta humana a partir dos pontos de vista das pessoas que nele atuam. O grupo junto do qual foram recolhidos os dados é composto por técnicos do Espaço Mais Perto do Zambujal e por famílias acompanhadas por esses técnicos. De acordo com os dados recolhidos através da observação direta, análise documental e entrevistas individuais semiestruturadas, constatou-se a importância do acompanhamento social em contexto de habitação social, que tem como finalidade a autonomização e o bem-estar das pessoas. Foram identificados os seguintes fatores críticos de sucesso experienciados por técnicos e famílias: a relação como fator estruturante do processo de acompanhamento social; a disponibilidade profissional como elemento facilitador do processo de acompanhamento social em contexto de habitação social; o perfil das famílias; o perfil dos técnicos; o trabalho em parceria e em rede. A presente investigação pretende aprofundar este tema, acerca do qual existe pouca bibliografia e abrir o caminho para que este possa ser mais investigado e aprofundado. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This research consists of a case study in Espaço Mais Perto do Zambujal, at São Domingos de Rana, Cascais. The goal of the work is to be a contribute to understand and analyze of critical success factors of social accompaniment in social housing context. The research is qualitative, meaning that its objective it is the comprehension of human behaviour from the point of view of those who act in this context. The group of people who participate in the case study are composed by technicians from Espaço Mais Perto do Zambujal and families who are accompanied by these technicians. The informations was collected from a direct observation, documentary analysis and individual interviews. It was possible to verify the importance of social accompaniment in a context of social housing, that has two goals: autonomization and welfare. The technicians and the families identified the following critical success factors: the relationship as a structuring factor of the social accompaniment process in social housing context; the professional availability as a facilitator of the social accompaniment process in social housing context; the profile of the families; the profile of the technicians; work in partnership and network. The present investigation allows to verify the importance of social accompaniment in social housing context and open the way so that this theme is deeper under study in the future. | pt_PT |
