Abstract(s)
O presente estudo tem como objetivo estudar a dinâmica de um casal de pais de uma criança
com doença crónica não identificada, segundo o Modelo Relacional- Simbólico. Seguindo uma
metodologia qualitativa, foram recolhidas informações junto de dois participantes, sendo eles
os pais da criança com doença crónica não identificada. Para a recolha das informações
pretendidas, foram aplicados, o Questionário Sociodemográfico e a Entrevista Clínica
Generacional, direcionada para o estudo dos intercâmbios generacionais, em diferentes
situações de vida do casal, para a avaliação clínica e para a intervenção psicológica. Esta está
estruturada em três dimensões, nomeadamente, origens de cada membro, formação do casal,
desenvolvimento da relação de casal e a passagem à geração seguinte. Tendo em conta os
resultados obtidos neste estudo, foi possível perceber que as dinâmicas de casal sofrem algumas
mudanças com o nascimento de um filho com uma doença crónica não identificada. Foi também
possível verificar que existe um processo de deterioração e uma dificuldade crescente na
realização de uma passagem generacional, no que refere à tipologia final do casal.
The present study aims to study the dynamics of a couple of parents of a child with chronic illness, according to the Relational-Symbolic Model. Following a qualitative methodology, information was collected from two participants, being the parents of the child with chronic disease. In order to collect the desired information, the Sociodemographic Questionnaire and the Generational Clinical Interview were applied, aimed at the study of generational exchanges, in different life situations of the couple, for clinical evaluation and for psychological intervention. This is structured in three dimensions, namely, origins of each member, formation of the couple, development of the couple relationship and the transition to the next generation. Considering the results obtained in this study, it was possible to perceive that the couple dynamics undergo some changes with the birth of a child with an unidentified chronic illness. It was also possible to verify that there is a process of deterioration and an increasing difficulty in the realization of a generational passage, regarding the final typology of the couple. .
