Este relatório de estágio tem por objectivo analisar os comportamentos de liderança no
contexto de empresa familiar.
A investigação centra-se no modo de como a performance profissional, individual e
colectiva, pode ser ou não beneficiada pelas relações familiares na empresa. Para tal, a
nossa análise começa por apresentar noções chave de teorias de liderança, onde
pretendemos obter uma visão geral e útil do fenómeno. Em seguida, focamos o tema
principal desta investigação: a liderança familiar e o envolvimento familiar no ambiente
profissional.
No seio das empresas familiares, os profissionais valorizam vários aspectos que vão para
além do relacionamento pessoal e do valor que a família dona da empresa atribui à
mesma.
Os valores protagonizados pelo líder e/ou fundador da empresa, tendem a caracterizar a
empresa e o seu dia-a-dia e a ser um aspecto importante na motivação dos colaboradores.
Este relatório de estágio pretende investigar se uma boa liderança familiar se reflecte em
bons resultados, tanto na performance da empresa, como no dia-a-dia dos seus
colaboradores.
This internship report aims to analyze the leadership behaviors in the context of a family business. The research focuses on how individual and collective professional performance may or may not benefit from family relationships within the company. For this, our analysis begins by presenting key notions of leadership theories in order to obtain a general and useful view of the phenomenon. Yet we focus on the main topic of this research: family leadership and family involvement in the professional environment. Within the family business, professionals value several aspects that go beyond the personal relationship and the value that the family owners attribute to it. The values of the company's leader and / or founder tend to characterize the company and its day-to-day life and to be an important aspect in the motivation of employees. This internship report aims to investigate whether good family leadership is reflected in good results, both in the company's performance and in the day-to-day work of its employees.
