Abstract(s)
Este documento tem como objectivo explicar através de uma análise crítica, o percurso
efectuado durante o estágio nos três módulos da Unidade Curricular Estágio para que fossem
adquiridas competências como enfermeira especialista em saúde mental e psiquiatria.
No âmbito da intervenção no doente mental em crise, pude realizar acolhimento ao doente,
gerir o ambiente terapêutico e efetuei dois estudos de caso, nos quais se procedeu à
elaboração de plano de cuidados. Foram utilizados como alicerces, a relação de ajuda e
processo de resolução de problemas, com a identificação de recursos pessoais para resolução
da crise. Participei em atividades realizadas no serviço, como reuniões comunitárias e terapia
pela atividade. Através de sessões individuais e de grupo, foi implementado um projeto de
adesão ao regime medicamentoso. Na área da promoção de saúde e prevenção da doença
mental, salientei a comunicação como base da relação terapêutica com o outro. Realizei
entrevistas a doentes com psicoses, inseridos na sua comunidade, no âmbito da promoção de
estilos de vida saudáveis e prevenção das recaídas – adequação dos mecanismos de coping.
Neste contexto, procurei delinear actividades de acordo com as situações vivenciadas pelos
doentes e integrá-las no seu contexto familiar e social. Com base na reformulação legal e no
Plano Nacional de Saúde Mental 2007-2016, promove-se a saúde mental e que o atendimento
ao doente seja num meio o menos restritivo possível, preferencialmente inserido na
comunidade. Desta forma, surgiu a necessidade de criação de um programa comunitário e
elaborei um projeto para implementação da consulta de enfermagem especializada na
comunidade, de forma a prestar cuidados diferenciados ao doente/família, considerando as
diversas componentes bio-psico-socio-culturais e espirituais. As atividades realizadas
contribuíram para o autoconhecimento e crescimento profissional como enfermeira especialista
em saúde mental e psiquiátrica.
This document aims to explain through a critical analysis, the journey made during the stage in the three modules of Course Stage, for obtained skills that were acquired as a nurse specialist in mental health and psychiatry. In the context of intervention in mentally ill in crisis, I could make the patient reception, manage therapeutic environment and performed two case studies, in which the procedure was for preparation of the care plan. Were used as foundations, the helping relationship and process of problem resolution, with identifying personal resources to resolve the crisis. Participated in service activities, such as community meetings and therapy for the activity. Through individual and group sessions, a project was implemented in adherence to medication regimen. In the area of health promotion and prevention of mental illness, emphasized the communication as the basis of the therapeutic relationship with the other. Conducted interviews to patients with psychosis, inserted in their community, in the promotion of healthy lifestyles and prevention of relapse - adequacy of coping mechanisms. In this context, I have tried to outline activities according to the situations experienced by patients and integrate them in their family and social context. Based on the legal reformulation and in the National Mental Health Plan 2007-2016, promotes the mental health and that the care to the patient is in the least restrictive environment possible, preferably inserted in the community. Thus, emerged the need to create a community program and so elaborated a project for the implementation of the nursing specialist consultation in the community, in order to provide special care to the patient / family, considering the various components bio-psycho-socio-cultural and spiritual. The activities contributed to the self and professional growth as a nurse specialist in psychiatric and mental health.
