Abstract(s)
Secundário do Ensino Artístico Especializado”, trabalhando com alunos do regime
articulado e do regime supletivo.
escolas, nomeadamente daquela especifica onde leciono.
The following report is based on a previous experience has a tutor at “Conservatório Escola Professional das Artes da Madeira, Eng.º Luíz Peter Clode”, music school where I am a percussion discipline lecturer on the specialized artistics music course, mainly, “Iniciation Music Course”, “Basic Music Course” and “Specialized Artistic Music Secundary School Course”, working with students on the articulated regime and subsidiary regime. On the present year, I also give classes on the “B Percussion Group Class” and I am also responsible for an extracurricular discipline, “Rhythms Studio”. Regarding this issue, on the “Specialized Music Course”, the class director role was made by the tutor, with several skills and also with a detailed attention to the students that were under his tutorial. As a tutor, this activity occurred during ten years and left on me a positive experience, which allowed to confirm that, even with thought environments and with apparently condemned students, is possible shift the situation and implement a positive difference. This experience allowed me to reflect the highlights of this tutor role, has nevralgic center of relationships with different disciplines teachers interests, students and their families. On the other hand, I took the advantage to reflect about leadership models and about organizational institutional models, targeting schools in general and particular the one where I teach. Is of high relevance this reflection moment of our life experience, opening us conditions for preparing new paths and understand the paths already done, because what we do is reflex of what we learn, unlearn and learn again.
