Abstract(s)
O presente relatório evidencia os principais contributos do estágio no âmbito do Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem com Especialização em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica, realizado no Serviço de Urgência do Hospital Pedro Hispano, Unidade de Cuidados Intensivos Polivalente do Hospital S. João e no Instituto Nacional de Emergência Médica. Tem por objetivo documentar a aprendizagem efetuada durante o estágio, através da capacidade de síntese e análise crítico-reflexiva. Como metodologia, apresenta o método descritivo e reflexivo. Estruturalmente são apresentados quatro Domínios consideradas competências comuns na atuação do Enfermeiro Especialista: Responsabilidade Profissional, Ética e Legal; Melhoria Contínua dos Cuidados; Gestão dos Cuidados e Aprendizagens Profissionais. Descreve o processo de ensino/aprendizagem através da reflexão pessoal das situações vivenciadas, fundamentada em referenciação bibliográfica em cada contexto de estágio. Relata as atividades direcionadas ao doente crítico e família, de acordo com a ética e deontologia profissional, avaliando, adequando e aplicando os diferentes métodos de análise de situações complexas. Evidencia as dificuldades encontradas nos momentos de aprendizagem e de reflexão, no âmbito das estratégias de comunicação com o doente e família no Serviço de Urgência e na Assistência Pré-Hospitalar e, na organização/estrutura dos métodos de trabalho na Unidade de Cuidados Intensivos Polivalente. Expõe a importância do controlo da infeção no âmbito da qualidade dos cuidados prestados, através dos trabalhos e reflexões realizados sobre o tema, nomeadamente o questionário realizado no Serviço de Urgência com o objetivo de proceder ao levantamento das necessidades identificadas pelos enfermeiros do serviço. Traduz a importância da prática baseada na evidência, através de normas e procedimentos com a elaboração de um protocolo instituído na UCIP sobre “Monitorização Cerebral”. Mostra, através da realização de uma ação de formação sobre “Como ativar o 112”, no âmbito da Assistência Pré-Hospitalar, a preocupação em formular e analisar questões de maior complexidade relacionadas com a formação em Enfermagem. Conclui que o estágio proporcionou a aquisição de competências científicas, metodológicas, profissionais, sociais, relacionais e éticas, que foram objetivas e simplificadamente expressas no presente trabalho, que contribuíram para um maior nível de proficiência na capacidade de problematizar e refletir sobre as práticas que permitiriam uma melhoria da qualidade e eficiência dos cuidados prestados. Neste sentido, o estágio assumiu-se como uma experiência dinâmica e muito enriquecedora que promoveu um desempenho autónomo na qualidade dos cuidados especializados prestados ao doente e família.
This report highlights the main contributions of the stage as part of the masters course with specialization in Medical-Surgical Nursing, held in the Urgency Service, Hospital Pedro Hispano, Polyvalent Intensive Care Unit, Hospital S. John and the National Institute of Medical Emergency. Aims to document the learning done during the stage, through the synthesis and critical analysis and reflective. The methodology presents the descriptive method and reflective. Structurally presented four Domains are considered common competencies in action Specialist Nurses: Professional Responsibility, Ethics and Legal; Continuous Improvement Care, Care Management and Learning Professionals. Describes the process of teaching / learning through personal reflection of the situations experienced, based on bibliographic referencing in the context of each stage. Reports activities directed to critical patient and family in accordance with professional ethics, evaluating, adapting and applying the different methods of analyzing complex situations. It highlights the difficulties encountered in moments of learning and reflection, within the strategies of communication with the patient and family in the ER and in Prehospital Care, and the organization / structure and working methods in the Polyvalent Intensive Care Unit. Exposes the importance of infection control in the quality of care through the works and reflections made on the subject, namely the survey conducted in the Emergency Department with the aim of drawing up an inventory of the needs identified by nurses service. Reflects the importance of evidence-based practice, standards and procedures through the elaboration of a protocol established in the UCIP on "Monitoring Brain." Shows by conducting a workshop on "Emergency Number 112" within the Prehospital Care, concern to formulate and analyze more complex issues related to training in Nursing. Concluded that Stage provided the acquisition of scientific competence, methodological, professional, social, and relational ethics, which were objective and simplistically expressed in this work, which contributed to a higher level of proficiency in the ability to discuss and reflect Accommodation practices that allow improve the quality and efficiency of care. In this sense, took the stage as a dynamic and enriching experience that promoted autonomous my performance on the quality of specialist care provided to the patient and family.
