Abstract(s)
No primeiro capítulo aparece a
No terceiro capítulo serão apresentadas as
congregando o essencial do desenvolvimento do restante documento. A conclusão
At the end of the training program, initiated in October 2008, Master of Nursing in the Specialization in Medical - Surgical, the Institute of Health Sciences,Porto,Portuguese Catholic University, is expected to draft a report, which seek to demonstrate the ability to identify problems and develop solutions, to reflect on the actions and their ethical and social implications and communicate their findings appropriately. Its structure is defined by chapters. In the first chapter appears the characterization of services where it took practice, Intensive Care Unit Surgery Cardio - Thoracic Hospital of Vila Nova de Gaia / Espinho and Urgent Care Service of Private Hospitals of Portugal, Boavista Unit. In the second chapter will find the proposed objectives for the stage and the main activities developed in the direct provision of care, training and management. In the third chapter will be presented reflections based on the objectives, activities and skills acquired in an attempt to synthesize the most striking aspects and structuring of clinical practice. The introduction that precedes the previous chapters, presents the objectives, seeks to place the report in the context of the curricular unite, bringing the essence of development throughout the document. The conclusion summarizes the resume of the whole document, the main suggestions and analysis of results against the objectives, critical analysis of key issues addressed in the report and the main contributions. The contexts in which the clinical practice took places fostered a climate of learning comprehensive and useful. Learning opportunities are very diverse, both in the provision of direct care, both in training and management. It should be noted that the places where it took practice, not chosen by the student, offered excellent conditions for learning. The contribution of the supervisor and training of tutors has proved fundamental to achieving the objectives outlined in the project, for the professional and personal enrichment of the student and to develop skills in the specialized area of medicalsurgical nursing.
