O presente relatório de atividade profissional insere-se no âmbito do Mestrado em Administração e Organização Escolar, constituindo-se numa análise que procura essencialmente analisar as relações que são estabelecidas entre professores e alunos, em contexto de sala de aula, de forma a contribuir para uma melhor compreensão de alguns
dos fatores, muitas vezes implícitos, que podem determinar, positiva ou negativamente, o ambiente em que cada grupo-turma desenvolve as suas interações educativas.
Neste trabalho são descritas algumas experiências como professora e como gestora do conflito na sala de aula.
O papel da escola e dos seus intervenientes é fundamental pela função formativa que estes desempenham na vida dos alunos.
Relativamente à estrutura deste relatório é de referir que se encontra dividido em duas partes, a primeira parte com um enquadramento teórico e a segunda parte com uma reflexão profissional. Foi, ainda, analisado o contexto da Escola Básica 2, 3º Ciclo das Taipas, onde faço uma reflexão sobre a experiência profissional no ano letivo 2014/2015 e
procuro contextualizar o Projeto “GIA” do Agrupamento de Escolas das Taipas. Apesar de não se tratar de uma escola em que se registam conflitos muito graves, houve o desejo, por parte de toda a comunidade escolar, que se desse início à implementação do projeto “GIAGabinete de Indisciplina do Aluno”, para a resolução dos conflitos existentes na escola.
This report is part of the Masters in School Administration and Organization, and aims to analyze the relationships between students and teachers within the classroom context, in order to improve our understanding of certain factors which are often implicit and which can influence positively or negatively, the atmosphere that each class develops during educational interactions. The report describes some experiences from the perspectives of teacher and manager of conflicts within the classroom. The role of the school and its staff has a fundamental influence on the lives of the students. Regarding the structure of this report, it is divided into two parts: the first part deals with the theoretical framework, and the second part includes professional reflection and analysis. The data was analyzed in the context of the High School “Escola Básica 2, 3º Ciclo das Taipas”, with the author reflecting on her professional experiences in the school year 2014/2015 and attempting to contextualize the Project “GIA” within the group of schools designated as “Agrupamento de Escolas das Taipas”. Although the school does not have a record of very serious conflicts, there was a desire expressed by the whole school community to implement the “GIA- Gabinete de Indisciplina do Aluno” (Student Indiscipline Bureau), in order to resolve conflicts in the school.
