O presente trabalho tem como tema “Gestão de Cursos a Distância na Formação de
Magistrados do Trabalho”. É uma investigação do modelo de educação a distância da Escola
Nacional de Formação e Aperfeiçoamento de Magistrados do Trabalho do Brasil –
ENAMAT, implantado em 2010 com a finalidade de potencializar a formação continuada dos
juízes do Trabalho brasileiros nessa modalidade de educação. O objetivo desse estudo é
examinar como, nesses cursos da Escola Nacional, esses magistrados se relacionam, entre si,
com as tecnologias e com a ENAMAT para o desenvolvimento e aquisição de suas
competências profissionais. Objetiva também, analisar a eficiência da gestão desses cursos na
promoção dessas relações. No que concerne às técnicas de coleta de dados, é importante
referir que foram realizados inquéritos quantitativos, utilizando-se do questionário e
qualitativo, através da entrevista. Este Trabalho de Investigativo encontra-se organizado em
duas partes. Na primeira é realizado um enquadramento teórico relativamente ao estudo no
qual é apresentado os principais componentes teóricos para a elaboração dedutiva dos
conceitos do modelo em análise. Na segunda é feita a caracterização da ENAMAT, uma
descrição dos métodos e procedimentos utilizados no decorrer da investigação, a apresentação
e análise dos resultados dessa investigação e são colhidas as respectivas ilações e feitas as
recomendações. Os resultados alcançados demonstraram que o trabalho alinhado de gestores e
professores em conjunto com a participação ativa do aluno leva à eficiência do modelo
estudado.
The present master thesis has the theme "Distance Learning Management in the Formation of Labour Magistrates". It is an investigation of the distance education model applied by the National School of Formation and Improvement of Labour Magistrates in Brazil - ENAMAT, implemented in 2010 targeting the increment of the continuous formation of Brazilian labour judges in this type of education. The purpose of this study is to examine how, in these National School courses, these magistrates relate: with each other, with the technologies and with ENAMAT for the development and acquisition of their professional competences. It also aims to analyze the efficiency of the management of these courses in the promotion of these relationships. Regarding the methodology, it is important to highlight that quantitative surveys were conducted - using questionnaires - and also qualitative - through interviews. This Investigative paper is organized in two parts. In the first one, there is a theoretical framework in relation to the study in which the main theoretical components are presented for the deductive elaboration of the concepts of the model under analysis. In the second one, the characterization of ENAMAT is made, a description of the methods and procedures used during the investigation, the presentation and analysis of the results of this investigation, the respective conclusions are collected and the recommendations are made. The results show that the aligned work of managers and teachers in addition to the active participation of the student leads to the efficiency of the studied model.
