Os indivíduos que integram uma sociedade possuem diferenças de ideias, cultura, crenças,
necessidades, formas de reagir, de se relacionar, de se comunicar dentre outras coisas. Essa
diferença permeia todo e qualquer grupo de pessoas e pode trazer consigo a divergência e o
conflito. No ambiente acadêmico não é diferente. Tais diferenças entre alunos, alunos e
professores e entre estes e os funcionários da instituição, podem gerar oposição e indisciplina.
Atitudes de indisciplina vem crescendo dentro das instituições de ensino e trazendo
consequências muitas vezes ruins para o processo de ensino e aprendizagem. A definição do
que é indisciplina passa por quebra de regras e as regras podem diferir de pessoa para pessoa e
de épocas para épocas. Sendo assim, é importante entender como a indisciplina nasce dentro
das instituições de ensino, como ela deve ser conduzida e como utilizá-la para provocar
mudanças positivas na educação. O presente estudo tem como objetivo avaliar a indisciplina
dentro da sala de aula, seu impacto sobre o processo de ensino e aprendizagem, causas,
consequências e reações geradas em professores e alunos. Sendo assim, foi avaliado o curso de
pedagogia de uma instituição particular de ensino superior do Distrito Federal. A pesquisa é
exploratória e descritiva e foi dividida em três partes: pesquisa bibliográfica, coleta de dados e
análise de dados. A coleta foi realizada por meio de questionário fechado desenhado parte dele
pelo método de Likert, destinados a professores e alunos. A pesquisa buscou verificar o impacto
da indisciplina na instituição estudada, suas causas, consequências, atitudes de indisciplina
observadas na instituição e como combatê-la

Therefore, it is important to understand how indiscipline is born within educational institutions, how it should be conducted and how to use it to bring about positive changes in education. The present study aims to evaluate the indiscipline within the classroom, its impact on the teaching and learning process, causes, consequences and reactions generated in teachers and students. Thus, the pedagogy course of a private higher education institution of the Federal District was evaluate. The research is exploratory and descriptive and was divided into three parts: bibliographic research, data collection and data analysis. The collection was done by means of a closed questionnaire drawn by him using the Likert method, for teachers and students. The research sought to verify the impact of indiscipline in the institution studied, its causes, consequences, attitudes of indiscipline observed in the institution and how combat it.
