Abstract(s)
A Enfermagem, como ciência e como profissão, deve acompanhar as mudanças ao longo dos tempos, correntes e avanço tecnológico de forma a manter uma evolução contínua na prestação de cuidados. Nesta linha de pensamento e sabendo que a enfermagem é cada vez mais uma profissão dinâmica na procura de uma melhoria contínua torna-se indispensável a elaboração de trabalhos que emergem na e da prática, onde se incluem os relatórios, que promove a disseminação dos saberes e a implementação de medidas para a melhoria dos cuidados de enfermagem enquanto disciplina. Sendo melhoria contínua da qualidade uma das competências do enfermeiro especialista, torna-se imperativa, nos tempos que correm, a produção de trabalhos desta natureza, de forma a comunicar com rigor científico as reflexões realizadas. Este documento, o Relatório de Estágio, constrói-se no âmbito deste Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem lecionado na Universidade Católica Portuguesa do Porto. A sua realização tem como principais objetivos descrever as diversas experiências vivenciadas nesta unidade curricular, fazendo uma análise crítica dos contextos e das práticas, refletindo sobre o processo de (re) construção das competências adquiridas e desenvolvidas. Pretendo, assim, enunciar as conclusões referentes aos estágios realizados, bem como a minha experiência profissional na área dos Cuidados Intensivos Neonatais. A metodologia de trabalho utilizada foi descritiva, analítica e reflexiva. O estágio reúne, além de uma importância vital no desenvolvimento de qualquer enfermeiro, caraterísticas únicas e inimitáveis que o tornam ao mesmo tempo, insubstituível no que toca ao seu desenvolvimento e controlo pedagógico. Percorrer este caminho é fundamental para conseguir desenvolver as competências definidas pela UCP, no plano de estudos do ICS.
Nursing as a science and profession, should follow all technological and ways of thought, keeping a side by side continuous evolution related to care. In this line of thought and knowing that nursing is a dynamic profession, its indispensable that in the need of a continuous improvement its mandatory that scientifically works should be done in a way to promote experiences and knowledge to improve measures to ways of practicing nursing. Being a constant quality improvement that a nursing specialist should do, its obligatory that in our times, the production of reports of this nature are eseential, in a way to communicate all conclusions and thoughts with scientific accuracy. This Report, was made for the Master´s Degree of Nursing taught in Catholic University of Oporto. This document has the first goals too describe several experiences had in this Master´s Degree, doing a complete analysis of all context and practices, having thoughts and conclusions about all the processes of (re) construction of all competencies acquired and developed. My intention is to enunciate all my conclusions related to all stages made, and my experiences acquired during this Master´s Degree. The work method used, is analytic and all conclusions are present through this report. This degree gathers also a vital development to any nurse, a unique feature that makes this degree essential for pedagogical control and development. This path is fundamental to expand all competencies defined by UCP in its study plan of ICS.
