Abstract(s)
A presente dissertação busca compreender e analisar o processo participativo
dentro da organização escolar, verificando a participação da comunidade, dos
gestores, do corpo docente e do corpo discente. Pretendeu saber qual a efetiva
participação de cada um destes atores assim como os resultados obtidos.
Pretendeu também captar o nível de informalidade dentro deste processo, ou
seja, ainda que haja a participação de todos, de que forma há registro,
mensuração e quantificação desta participação de forma que fique
oficialmente registrado no processo e possa servir de conteúdo de análise para
geração futuras realizarem o planejamento estratégico e tomada de decisões.
Dentro deste cenário, foram utilizados como ferramentas para a análise
metodológica, pesquisas bibliográficas, pesquisa de campo e análise da coleta
de dados. Através dos estudos, foi observado de que forma a gestão
participativa desenvolve uma visão compartilhada dentro da organização,
assim como a divisão de responsabilidades internas e externas, fortalecendo
desta forma o trabalho coletivo e buscando dar um novo ânimo ao processo
organizacional, fazendo com que todos os envolvidos sintam-se parte real do
processo de aprendizagem e crescimento da comunidade. Como resultado,
evidenciamos que o processo participativo na organização escolar, se bem
aplicado, pode ser uma ótima ferramenta de gestão, tendo como pontos
positivos, a integração da comunidade, dos atores escolares e alunos, gerando
melhora no rendimento, ambiente de trabalho saudável e motivador, dentro
outros, conforme veremos no desenvolvimento do trabalho
This dissertation seeks to understand and analyze the participatory process within the school organization, verifying the participation of the community, the managers, the faculty and the student body. It aimed to know the effective participation of each of these actors as well as the results obtained. It also sought to capture the level of informality within this process, that is, even if there is participation of all, in what way there is registration, measurement and quantification of this participation so that it is officially registered in the process and can serve as analysis content for future generation strategic planning and decision-making. Within this scenario, they used were as tools for methodological analysis, bibliographical research, field research and data collection analysis. Through the studies, it observed was how participatory management develops a shared vision within the organization, as well as the division of internal and external responsibilities, thus strengthening the collective work and seeking to give a new spirit to the organizational process, making all the stakeholders feel a real part of the learning process and community growth. As a result, we show that the participative process in school organization, if well applied, can be a great management tool, having as positive points, the integration of the community, of the school actors and students, generating improvement in income, healthy work environment and motivator, in others, as we will see in the development of the work.
