Abstract(s)
Este trabalho tem como objetivo discutir a violência e a indisciplina nas escolas, através da
reflexão das teorias desenvolvidas por Abramovay, Derbabieux, Estrela, Spósito, dentre
outros autores que perpassam o tema. Parte da identificação de que há uma necessidade de
se discutir a gestão de conflitos no ambiente escolar, buscando problematizar a relação
entre os sujeitos e o papel da escola na formação de cidadãos, tendo como base os preceitos
pedagógicos de Paulo Freire. Pretende, assim, a partir das discussões apresentadas e da
análise dos dados coletados em uma escola de Belo Horizonte, onde a questão da violência
é latente no cotidiano estudantil, perceber de que forma é possível enfrentar os desafios no
exercício do ensino e problematizar os meios para se alcançar melhores resultados no
processo de ensino-aprendizado. Percebe-se que a violência no âmbito escolar pode ser
compreendida como um fenômeno relacionado ao contexto social, cultural e histórico dos
sujeitos envolvidos. Assim, é possível analisar, a partir das manifestações que ocorrem
dentro de uma instituição, por meio da reflexão, possíveis maneiras de abordar solução
para dirimir a violência escolar. A partir do entendimento de como se organiza a instituição
escolar e os diversos fatores que afetam as relações no cotidiano, tanto interna quanto
externamente, é possível discutir a preparação dos agentes institucionais para lidar com as
adversidades e refletir sobre as possíveis maneiras de modificar o cenário encontrado
atualmente. Dessa forma, tendo a violência nas escolas se tornado cada vez mais frequente,
é possível compreendê-la como consequência do momento histórico-social no qual estamos
inseridos. Nesse sentido, após ampla pesquisa bibliográfica, foi possível identificar a
realidade escolar, a partir de um estudo de caso, analisando o envolvimento dos alunos com
a escola e relacionando com a prática de atitudes violentas, pelo olhar dos agentes
institucionais.
This work aims to discuss violence and indiscipline in schools, through the reflection of the theories developed by Abramovay, Derbabieux, Estrela, Spósito, among other authors that approaches the theme. Identifies a need to discuss conflict management in the school environment, seeking to problematize the relationship between the subjects and the role of the school in the formation of citizens, based on the pedagogical precepts of Paulo Freire. Intends, from the discussions presented and the analysis of the data collected in a school in Belo Horizonte, where the issue of violence is not part of their daily context, to understand how it is possible to face the challenges in the teaching exercise and to problematize the means to achieve better results in the teaching-learning process. It is perceived that violence in the school field can be understood as a phenomenon related to the social, cultural and historical context of the subjects involved. Thus, it is possible to analyze, from the manifestations that occur within an institution, through a reflection, possible ways of approaching a solution to solve school violence. Based on the understanding of how the school institution is organized and the various factors that affect daily relationships, both internally and externally, it is possible to discuss the preparation of the institutional agents to deal with adversities and to reflect on possible ways of modifying the scenario currently found. In this way, as violence in schools becomes more and more frequent, it is possible to understand it as a consequence of the social-historical moment in which we are inserted. In this sense, after a large bibliographical research, it was possible to identify the school reality, from a case study, analyzing the students' involvement with the school and relating to the practice of violent attitudes, by the institutional agent’s report.
