Abstract(s)
Com a elaboração deste relatório pretendo evidenciar o trabalho desenvolvido na
Unidade Curricular Estágio de Enfermagem Médico-cirúrgica, no âmbito do V Curso de
Mestrado de Natureza Profissional, na área de Especialização em Enfermagem Médico-
Cirúrgica. O estágio teve três módulos realizados pela seguinte ordem cronológica:
Serviço de Urgência, Cuidados Intensivos e Cuidados Paliativos.
No Serviço de Urgência tive experiências de aprendizagem na prestação de
cuidados à pessoa e família em situação crítica nas salas de emergências: emergências
médicas e pessoa politraumatizada. Contribui para a formação em serviço sensibilizando
para os cuidados à pessoa transplantada pulmonar.
Na Unidade de Cuidados Intensivos tive oportunidade de aprofundar
conhecimentos e mobilizá-los para a prestação de cuidados à pessoa em situação crítica,
nomeadamente pessoa submetida a ventilação mecânica invasiva, pessoa sob protocolo
de hipotermia terapêutica, pessoa com insuficiência respiratória agudizada. Também
colaborei na prestação de cuidados à pessoa submetida a técnicas de substituição renal.
Contribui para o repensar da prática diária no cuidado à pessoa com necessidade de
ventilação não invasiva e consequente melhoria dos cuidados. Identifiquei a necessidade
e realizei um procedimento sectorial relacionado com os cuidados em situações de
isolamento, de contenção e protetor.
Nos Cuidados Paliativos tive experiências na prestação de cuidados à pessoa e
família com doença avançada e progressiva no âmbito da assistência domiciliária.
Desenvolvi habilidades ao nível da comunicação, trabalho em equipa e controlo
sintomático. Intervim ao nível da formação em serviço e reflexão sobre a prática, através
da apresentação de um estudo de caso e de um clube de revistas. Partilhei, com a equipa,
artigos científicos decorrentes da investigação realizada sobre comunicação de más
notícias.
This report intends to highlight the work that I have done in my curricular unit Estágio de Enfermagem Médico-cirúrgica that belongs to the V Master Course, in the Specialization ofMedical-Surgical Nursing. The internship had three modules, conducted in the following chronological order: emergency department, intensive care and palliative care. On the Emergency Department I experienced to providing care to the person and family in a critical condition at the emergency room: medical emergencies and multiplethem for the nursing care to the person who has received a lung transplanted. In the Intensive Care Unit I had the opportunity to increase my knowledge and mobilize him, taking care of patients in critical condition, with mechanical ventilation, hypothermic person and respective protocol therapeutic and with respiratory failure. I also provided nursing care to patients who need renal replacement therapy. I had the opportunity to reflect with my partners the daily practice in nursing care on the patients submits to non-invasive ventilation improving them.
