| dc.description.abstract | No presente trabalho, pretendemos debruçar-nos sobre a relação do rosto do outro, na ética filosófica de Emmanuel Levinas e na antropologia teológica da Constituição Pastoral Gaudium et Spes, que nos levarão a chegar às visões dos tempos atuais que proporcionam um sentido existencial do ser humano e suas relações. Partindo da ética filosófica de Levinas e da antropologia teológica da Gaudium et Spes, entende-se que as duas visões têm uma aproximação no que diz respeito às relações humanas. Dentro da ética de Levinas, concebe-se que o rosto cria uma relação com outro, essa relação carateriza-se por ser uma abertura para o Infinito. Ou seja, é pela saída de si que o homem acolhe o outro sem violar os seus direitos e a sua dignidade. Levinas, assim como a Gaudium et Spes, falam de um ser responsável, que vem ao meu encontro com a sua súplica. E quando falamos da dignidade humana no contexto teológico, compreende-se que ela reside na excelência do ser criado à imagem e semelhança de Deus, com inteligência e livre arbítrio. Enfim, nas perspetivas atuais, ou seja, em relação ao desafio com o qual o rosto se depara hoje, percebe-se que somos convidados a repensar, a recriar e a reaprender as nossas relações uns com os outros. Isso está muito bem patente na parábola do Bom Samaritano, que se deparou com o fragilizado e cuidou dele, sem medo das leis nem das barreiras históricas, mas sim pelo uso de misericórdia e amor profundo, aquele amor que convida a um arriscar. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | In this thesis, we intend to look into the relationship of the face of the other, in the philosophical ethics of Emmanuel Levinas and in the theological anthropology of the Pastoral Constitution Gaudium et Spes, which will lead us to the visions of the present times that provide an existential sense of human being and its relationships. Starting from the philosophical ethics of Levinas and the theological anthropology of Gaudium et Spes, it is understood that the two views have an approximation with regard to human relations. Within Levinas' ethics, it is conceived that the face creates a relationship with the other, this relationship is characterized as an opening to the Infinite. In other words, it is through the way out of himself that man welcomes the other without violating his rights and dignity. Levinas, as well as Gaudium et Spes, speak of a responsible being, who comes to meet me with his supplication. And when we speak of human dignity in the theological context, it is understood that it resides in the excellence of being created in the image and likeness of God, with intelligence and free will. Finally, in current perspectives, that is, the challenge facing the face today, it is clear that we are invited to rethink, recreate and relearn our relationships with each other. This is very evident in the parable of the Good Samaritan, who came across the fragile being and took care of him, without fear of laws or historical barriers, but through the use of mercy and deep love, that love that invites risking. | pt_PT |
