O presente trabalho pretende descrever o percurso de estágios realizados em dois contextos: Serviço de Medicina Intensiva e Serviço de Controlo de Infeção e Resistência Antimicrobiana, no período de 04 de setembro de 2023 a 16 de dezembro de 2023, num total de 360 horas de contato. A metodologia utilizada para a concretização do relatório é a metodologia descritiva, analítica e reflexiva, que me permitiu através de uma forma narrativa e detalhada descrever as experiências vividas, os problemas encontrados, as dificuldades sentidas e os ganhos obtidos durante a realização dos estágios. Este documento tem como finalidade relatar e descrever as experiências vividas na prática de cuidados, as atividades desenvolvidas e os contextos em que foram realizados, analisá-las e refletir de que modo contribuíram para o desenvolvimento de saberes e competências especializadas em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica no cuidado à Pessoa em Situação Crítica. O ganho obtido com a realização dos estágios refletiu-se ao nível das equipas multidisciplinares com os quais tive contato, pela partilha e troca de experiências e saberes, aperfeiçoamento e aquisição de competências, levando assim à melhoria dos cuidados de enfermagem prestados.
This work aims to describe the course of internships carried out in two contexts: intensive medicine service and Infection Control and Antimicrobial Resistance Service, in from September 4th to December 16th, 2023, in total of 360 contact hours. The methodology used to describe the report was the descriptive, analytical, and reflective methodology, which allowed, through a narrative and detailed way, to describe the experiences lived, the problems encountered, the difficulties experienced, and the gains obtained during the internships. This document aims to report and describe the experiences lived in the practice of care, the activities developed and the contexts in which they were carried out, analyze them, and reflect on how they contributed to the development of specialized and skills in medical-surgical nursing in the care of people in critical situations. The gains obtained from carrying out the internships were reflected at the level of multidisciplinary team’s whit which I had contact, through the sharing and exchange of experiences and knowledge, improvement, and acquisition of skills, thus leading to an improvement in nursing care provided.
