Atualmente, e uma vez que as organizações são sistemas complexos de pessoas, a comunicação
interna em rede (intranet) é considerada um dos principais fatores que impacta o envolvimento dos
colaboradores com as organizações. Quando corretamente desenvolvida permite marcar a
diferença num mercado cada vez mais competitivo.
As organizações que possuem bons sistemas de intranet são capazes de atingir melhores condições
de trabalho, onde a informação flui com mais rapidez e facilidade, possibilitando o claro
entendimento da cultura organizacional.
O objetivo deste relatório é então perspetivar a Intranet do Banco Santander Totta e o papel que
esta desempenha no envolvimento dos colaboradores com a sua cultura organizacional, através da
obtenção de dados durante um estágio realizado nas instalações do Banco e da utilização de um
conjunto de instrumentos de análise empírica.

When correctly developed, it allows us to make a difference in a very competitive market. Organizations that have good intranet systems are able to achieve better working conditions, where information flows quickly and easily, allowing a clear understanding of the organizational culture. The purpose of this report is to outline the intranet network at the Santander Totta Bank and its role in the organizational culture of the company, by obtaining data during an internship at the Group facilities and by using a set of instruments of empirical analysis.
