Esta investigação surge para analisar as temáticas da Conciliação Trabalho-Vida Pessoal e da Satisfação Geral com a Vida, a partir das perceções de profissionais que apoiam vítimas de violência interpessoal. De carácter exploratório, este estudo teve como principal objetivo compreender a perceção da conciliação trabalho-vida pessoal e a perceção de satisfação geral com a vida dos profissionais que apoiam vítimas de violência interpessoal. O estudo utiliza o método qualitativo, tendo sido realizadas dez entrevistas individuais semiestruturadas. Os dados foram analisados e tratados com auxílio do NVivo 12, sendo privilegiada a codificação aberta. Os resultados indicam que apesar dos participantes percecionarem uma elevada perceção de conflito trabalho-vida pessoal, experienciam igualmente uma elevada satisfação geral com a vida. Por fim, apresentam-se algumas limitações, sugestões para investigações futuras e implicações práticas.

Of an exploratory nature, this study had as its main objective to understand the perception of work -life balance and the perception of general satisfaction with the life of professionals who support victims of interpersonal violence. The study uses the qualitative method, with ten semi-structured individual interviews. The data was analyzed and processed with the help of NVivo 12, with emphasis on open coding. The results indicate that although the participants perceive a high perception of work-life conflict, they also experience a high overall satisfaction with life. Finally, some limitations, suggestions for future research and practical implications are presented.
